What are my payment options?

When you order online you may pay with: credit card (Visa, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard), Financing, or PayPal™.

What happens if I discover I missed an offer after my purchase?

We match 50% of the price difference on products sold on SchwinnFitness.com for up-to 30 days from purchase. Retailer price matching is excluded. If you have already placed your order and would like help determining if your purchase qualifies, you can reach our Care agents at 800-605-3369.

Where can I find a manual for my Schwinn machine?

How can I check on the status of my order?

Please use the order status page.

When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier.

If your tracking information shows your items as delivered, but your shipment hasn’t arrived, please contact us immediately at 800-605-3369. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m - 5 p.m. PT.

How easy is it to assemble a Schwinn Fitness product? Is there a service that can do it for me?

Most people are able to assemble their product with the assistance of the detailed assembly manual. Typically we recommend having an extra person to help with the assembly. We do offer an increasingly popular In-Home Assembly Service for most products that you can add to your order during checkout. With proper maintenance, our products will provide home users with years of quality use. BowFlex Inc. branded consumer products are not intended to be used in any commercial or institutional setting or application. These include but are not limited to:
