Our optional assembly service includes:
- Movement of boxes from garage or first covered area to room of choice.
Please note: Following local COVID-19 guidelines, in-home assembly is restricted in California, Oregon and Washington. In these states your product will be assembled outside or in your garage. It will be left where it was assembled and you will have to move the product to your room of choice.
- Full assembly by a qualified technician. Assembly of optional accessories (racks, attachments, etc.) is not available.
- Removal of boxes and packaging materials to your refuse area (please review return policy.)

You will be contacted within 1-3 business days after your product ships to schedule an appointment. Appointments are scheduled in 4-hour windows, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Sunday. A person 18 years or older must be present for the assembly service. In-home assembly availability is limited in parts of Alaska and Hawaii, and is subject to change without notice.
If for any reason you wish to cancel this service, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full service refund within 7 business days. Refunds will not be offered for completed services.
